
Tracey Gray
Vice President, Communications & External Affairs
Tracey Gray is vice president of Communications & External Affairs for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He oversees brand communications, public relations, digital media, employee communications and public affairs that support the company’s work in areas including advanced sensors, training, and cyber and software solutions.
Gray previously served as vice president of Communications for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He also held several leadership positions, including communications for global business development and public affairs.
Prior to joining Raytheon, Gray held intelligence, strategy and policy roles at the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy. He also served as a member of the advance team for the Office of the Vice President of the United States under the Clinton administration.
Gray is a board member of MATHCOUNTS, an organization that hosts an annual competition for elite math students across the United States. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell University and a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
