Paul Meyer is president of Department 22 for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He leads an innovative technology incubator inside the organization that delivers emerging and disruptive solutions to ensure customers’ asymmetrical advantage.
He was previously the vice president of Space & C2 Systems, responsible for advancing the business strategy and delivering against our customers’ current and future space missions.
Meyer joined the organization as a senior strategic counselor in 2016. Most recently, Meyer strategically supported Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems advanced programs portfolio prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He was also the capture executive for Raytheon’s T-X offering and several key classified initiatives.
Meyer has extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Prior to joining Raytheon, he served as Chief Operating Officer, and earlier Executive Vice President, for Seabury Global Aerospace & Defense LLC. He also held executive roles at Northrop Grumman, most recently as sector vice president and general manager of the Aerospace Systems Advanced Programs and Technology Division and at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works.
Meyer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. He is also a retired Air Force Weapons System Officer, a graduate of the United States Air Force’s Fighter Weapons School and has completed advanced leadership courses at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Stanford University.
