President, Global Spectrum Dominance

Eric Ditmars is president of Global Spectrum Dominance within Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. Ditmars is responsible for a portfolio of advanced surveillance, electronic warfare, targeting and navigation capabilities.

Before his current role, he served as the president of Secure Sensor Solutions within Raytheon Intelligence & Space. He also previously led Secure Sensor Solutions at Raytheon Company’s Space and Airborne Systems business prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. Previously, he was senior director and general manager for F-15 radar programs for Secure Sensor Solutions. He was also senior director for the F/A-18 and B-2 radar programs. Ditmars has held a variety of directorial and managerial positions for airborne radar product lines at Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems.

Before joining Raytheon, Ditmars worked for The Boeing Company’s Satellite Systems division as general manager of the Electronics Manufacturing Center of Excellence. Other positions he held at Boeing include process engineer, production line supervisor and section manager. He also worked for McDonnell Douglas on its International Space Station program.

Ditmars earned a bachelor’s degree in materials science engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in materials science engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
