Chief Operating Officer, Global Spectrum Dominance
Annabel Flores is the chief operating officer of Global Spectrum Dominance within Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. She is also a member of the board of directors for Raytheon Australia. The Global Spectrum Dominance portfolio includes advanced surveillance, electronic warfare, targeting and navigation capabilities.
Most recently, Flores served as president of Electronic Warfare Systems within Raytheon Intelligence & Space. She oversaw the strategic direction and operation of a diverse portfolio of electronic warfare products and also directed Raytheon Deutschland GmbH.
Prior to the merger with United Technologies in 2020, Flores served as vice president of EWS at Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems business. She previously led the Airborne Early Warning and Reconnaissance Systems and Silent Knight Radar product lines. She also held various business development roles in heritage Raytheon.
Flores earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She also earned a dual master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration through MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations program.
