Adil Qureshi is chief of staff to the president of Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He advises the president, coordinates the activities of the leadership team, facilitates operations and new business reviews and leads special projects.
Most recently, Qureshi served as associate general counsel of Mergers and Acquisitions at Raytheon Technologies, where he led cross-functional teams in domestic and international transactions and other corporate business initiatives. His responsibilities included leading key workstreams in the merger of Raytheon Company and United Technologies, the United Technologies spinoffs of Otis Elevator and Carrier, and the acquisition of Rockwell Collins.
Previously, Qureshi was senior counsel on the commercial engines team at Pratt & Whitney, where he provided legal support for aircraft engine sales and aftermarket campaigns with airline customers in Europe. He joined Pratt & Whitney in 2013 as assistant counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Qureshi holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University and a juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
