We are developing an ecosystem that assures safety and secure scalability to the Uncrewed Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) markets through proven and new solutions.

There are multiple efforts from federal agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration and National Aeronautics and Space Administration in collaboration with industry to explore what that could look like — innovative concepts of operation, requirements and the required architecture to enable beyond visual line-of-sight drone operation in spaces without air traffic services.

At Raytheon Technologies, we have a storied legacy in airspace traffic systems capabilities with a wide-spanning portfolio of end-to-end airspace modernization capabilities. As we continue to provide key capabilities to the FAA, we’re also investing in capabilities that will transform the Global Air Navigation Services Provider (ANSP) to ensure we can integrate and transition future vehicles and UTM/AAM entrants into today’s congested airspace seamlessly, safely and efficiently.

That’s our pledge to you: innovation, investment and major advances in AAM/UTM to enable the integration of new entrants and technologies so that future generations can enjoy a modernized and safe airspace for years to come.
