FRANKFURT, Germany, (October 7, 2021) -- Raytheon Professional Services GmbH (RPS), a Raytheon Technologies subsidiary, was awarded a competitive three-year programme extension to provide training services, including management training, product and sales training, in addition to aftersales, service technical and body & paint training for BMW Northern Europe AB.
This partnership will provide comprehensive outsourcing of learning services for BMW in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Baltic states. The training services support the individual learner and local BMW dealerships so that they provide the best overall solution for their customers. These programmes support the customer experience throughout the vehicle lifecycle by fully equipping sales, service and technical teams to support BMW on its mission to produce the most elegant, efficient and engaging vehicles in the world.
