Steve Worley is vice president and chief operating officer of Cybersecurity, Training and Services at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies.
Most recently, Worley was the chief financial officer for Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services business prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020.
Previously, Worley was the chief financial officer for Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) Cybersecurity and Special Missions (CSM) mission area. He was appointed to that position in February 2014. In this role, he was responsible for leading a geographically disbursed team focused on providing a wide range of financial services, including long- and shortterm planning, competitive business strategy, acquisition diligence, integration and financial analysis to a diverse set of customers.
Before his role with IIS CSM, Worley was senior director of financial planning and analysis for IIS. In this role, he led the financial planning and analysis organization and supported the strategic initiative to consolidate two Raytheon businesses to form IIS. He has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career.
Worley holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University. He also earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. Steven is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma specialist, a graduate of Raytheon’s Leadership Excellence program and Accelerating Leadership Impact program. He also was awarded the Raytheon Technical Services 2003 Presidents Leadership Award and 2015 IIS Global Growth Award.
