David Broadbent is vice president of Contracts for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He leads the business’ Contracts professionals in the development, negotiation and execution of all customer, partner and supplier-related business arrangements.
Most recently, Broadbent served as vice president of Contracts and Supply Chain, part of Raytheon Company’s Intelligence, Information and Services business, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. Before that, he served as vice president of Corporate Contracts Operations and Indirect Supply Chain, and previously held a number of contracts-related leadership positions. Prior to joining Raytheon, Broadbent spent eight years with Vickers plc in the United Kingdom.
Broadbent is a certified member of the International Association of Contract and Commercial Management and a Raytheon Contracts Fellow. He was appointed to the Board of Directors for Raytheon UK Limited in 2019. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Newcastle University and completed postgraduate studies in contract law at Northumbria University.
