Dan Almasy is vice president of Human Resources & Security for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. As such, he is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources and security to include: talent acquisition, talent development, organizational change, learning, workforce strategy, compensation, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to his current role, Almasy was vice president of Human Resources and Security at Raytheon Company’s Intelligence, Information and Services business. Before that, he was responsible for leading Intelligence, Information and Services’ Workforce Planning and Strategy and Front End of the Business disciplines. Almasy has held various other human resources roles at Intelligence, Information and Services, Raytheon Technical Services Company, Raytheon Missile Systems and Raytheon Company.
Almasy is a graduate of the Raytheon Human Resources Leadership Development Program. He earned a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in industrial labor relations from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
